INGREDIENTS
Feta Chicken Casserole

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dice the onion and place in skillet on medium heat with butter, salt and garlic powder.
  2. Allow to cook covered for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, dice chicken.
  3. Add to skillet. Cook chicken covered for another 10 minutes.
  4. Chop the broccoli into medium size pieces.
  5. Add broccoli and parsley to skillet for about 5 minutes, covered.
  6. While cooking, mix together feta cheese, sour cream and eggs.
  7. Layer the chicken/broccoli mixture on the bottom of a casserole dish. Next, layer the cheese mixture. Repeat another layer of chicken and then cheese.
  8. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes, covered.
  9. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving
