KETO DOUGH
Per Serving: 102 calories, 1.3g net carbs
Total Recipe: 818 calories, 10.6g net carbs
Servings: 8Dough:
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup almond flour
3 Tablespoons Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons Grass Fed Butter
2 ozs of cream cheese, cubed
1 egg
Directions
Put Mozzarella and cream cheese, butter in a medium bowl
Microwave for 1 min, stir and then another 30 sec, stir
Stir in almond, coconut flour and egg Mix well until dough forms
Spray 2 sheets of Parchment paper with oil, put dough on top of first sheet then
put 2nd sheet on top of dough and with a rolling pin roll out flat and thin as you like.
It should spread evenly with dough-like consistency.
Poke rows of holes with a fork to avoid bubbles.
Place dough in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes until lightly brown
This can be just one big crust to be used for pizza toppings or you can roll out mini dough balls and make several 4 in round crust for smaller pizzas,
This dough is so versatile from pizza, cinnamon rolls, cheesy garlic bread, bagel dogs, etc.
