Feta Chicken Casserole

INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice the onion and place in skillet on medium heat with butter, salt and garlic powder.
- Allow to cook covered for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, dice chicken.
- Add to skillet. Cook chicken covered for another 10 minutes.
- Chop the broccoli into medium size pieces.
- Add broccoli and parsley to skillet for about 5 minutes, covered.
- While cooking, mix together feta cheese, sour cream and eggs.
- Layer the chicken/broccoli mixture on the bottom of a casserole dish. Next, layer the cheese mixture. Repeat another layer of chicken and then cheese.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes, covered.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving
