A low carb gluten free recipe
that is easy to make. Using a blend of cheese and alternate flours, you can
have bread and eat it too!
Ingredients
5 ounces of cream cheese,
softened
¼ cup butter, softened
2/3 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
3 tablespoons whey protein powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon water
3 large eggs
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray
or grease 8x4-inch bread pan if needed.
2. Combine cream cheese and
butter with mixer or in food processor.
3. Add remaining ingredients and
process until well blended.
4. Spread into bread pan.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until
firm and lightly browned.
6. Store leftovers in
refrigerator.
