Avocado Cilantro Lime Jalapeno Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ large avocado
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ cup cilantro
- 1 large jalapeno deseeded
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers
- 1/2 cup of chopped tomato
- ½ tbsp avocado oil
- 1 ½ tsp garlic paste or 1 clove
- 1/2 cup of Mayonaise
- ½ cup water or chicken broth
- 1/4 teasp of cummins
- ¼ tsp or sea salt
- ground pepper to your liking
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large glass mason jar
- Using a hand blender, completely mix everything together until smooth and pourable
